June 11 (Yesterday) ~ Didn't snack all day ~ Went to the gym and workout for an hr & a half and Ran in the morning ~ Didn't eat passed 9:30pm

You can do it.. I am doing the 10 mile run I am super nervous too but when I run I tell myself as long as I cross the finish line that is better than not doing it and who cares if I am the last one!!!

Hello, I am Christina. I really want to get rid of the rest of the weight that has been lingering around. Week 1 weight in : 168 by June 16th I want to be:165 July 1: 157 August 1st: 153 September 1st: 145 I workout 5-6 days a week, I need to really focus on not eating as much!!! I can't wait to do this challenge.
