Buy yourself a treat like.. new makeup, free weights or some home equipment, accessories (purses, shoes, jewelry), get a mani/pedi, 1-hour massage, a pricey workout class you've been wanting to try, etc.

drink water, brush your teeth, have some veggies or hot tea. But if you do all that and are still hungry, I suggest listening to your body and eating something light.
