  • I think the only time I've actually made up a story was when I was with a female friend at a gay bar. This guy comes over to us and just outright asks us if we're a couple. I'm all prepared to say "get lost" when she gets in there first with "yes we're a couple". Seeing as the guy wasn't put off by this, and is still…
  • I want to be in the Harem that Karincakes is the mistress of. Team sports are no fun if you're only allowed to play with the rest of the team when the captain's there.
  • Hey, I'm vegetarian, with about 70lbs left to lose. Feel free to add me, kids.
  • Wow, that is both one of the most ignorant and potentially offensive things I've read on these boards in a while. Congrats, you win the prize. I don't know why, because it probably shouldn't, but it still amazes me how many people will spout all sorts of crap about "you can't get all the nutrients you need." And don't even…
  • Jeez, calm down Americans, it's just a different name for something. We don't freak the hell out every time you say zucchini instead of courgette. There was a thread started very recently where someone asked if sugar free Kool Aid counts as water, and pretty much no one objected to that. I don't think we get Kool Aid over…
  • I love your recipes! This sounds great =].
  • I only had him as a friend for a day, I fear I'm jynxed. I liked his forum posts though. He had an Archer avatar and everything =[.
  • Will someone please tell me WHAT THE CRAP IS GOING ON and why so many cool people have left lately? I seem to have sneezed and missed all the drama.
  • We've not actually had any real pooping incidents with our dog, luckily. The same cannot be said of one of my friends and his dog, however. He was walking on his way to go on a run with his dog, when suddenly the dog starts doing its business on the side of a main road. Bagless and ages away from a bin (and not wanting to…
  • Adynata is the plural for adynaton, which is a grammatical term that is essentially an extreme hyperbole. I think it's a pretty word, plus I am a total grammar nazi, so it works out =P.
  • Ah, I see. Just had to check. Sex education is so poorly taught in school these days.
  • I fear you have your biology incorrect there, sir. The cork, also known as the cervical waxium plug, is formed when the male and female join in intercourse, and acts as the food source for the child until it reaches maturity and breaks the remaining shell.
  • Well yeah, the man 'corks' the baby inside as you've put it, preventing it from leaving the womb during a period, and allowing it to fully mature for nine months - at which point it's strong enough to break free.
  • Uh, no. Then how would the eggs escape? They'd just grow in to a baby inside you if you did that.
  • 42lbs in a month? What the hell?! That cannot be right. Nothing about that sounds healthy, unless the person was very overweight to begin with.
  • Your pinna is just the top of your ear, nothing fancy =P.
  • Current piercings: two conch in one ear, two lobe piercings on same ear, four lobe piercings on other ear, two lip piercings, and two tongue piercings. I have also had two microdermals that got ripped out, an orbital lunar conch that I was made to take out for kung fu training, and a pinna that got a keloid so had to be…
  • Along the same lines as this, I really hate people that use 'itch' when they mean 'scratch'. As in, 'I really need to itch my foot'.
  • I agree with the majority of the hatred in this thread. I've never heard anyone say 'a word in edgewise', then again I am from the UK. People not understanding the difference between 'then' and 'than' seriously piss me off, though. Also it's 'awesome', not 'awsome'.
  • I am no expert/mother, though I did recently watch an interesting documentary called 'Fast Food Baby'. It focused on three families with toddlers that just ate junk food, two of them were absolutely atrocious and it was all down to the parents being completely clueless, but one was in a situation similar to yours. The…
  • I was asleep actually. I made this thread around 2AM last night GMT, then decided to go attempt to sleep anyways. I don't really get the whole 'live in the real world' attitude. I mean, do you not indulge in any kind of fiction? Books, TV, movies? Also the person above me has mentioned all the games I'm looking forward to…
  • Aww, thanks! The Sims is probably a healthier never ending social career building grinding game than WoW at least. Though I heard there's less fighting and magic or something.
  • I've not read the books or seen the movies, nor do I have much interest in doing so. I will say that some of the extreme fans of Twilight are truly terrifying, though. The women that have total emotional breakdowns on YouTube (NuttyMadam is one of the more famous examples) and the ones that have full blown Twilight wedding…
  • If I had a penny for every one of these threads that was started I'd probably be able to afford enough chocolate to shove up the vaginas of every woman that's ever b*tched about their period, and sort out the problem at its source.

  • Yeah me too. These days I like other webcomics... but you've probably never heard of them.
  • Oh gods this is so true. I really look forward to that day.
  • Ahahaha, I love to challenge arsehole vegetarians, but one that preaches about animal cruelty and then orders chicken? That's just too good. I think I would have had too much fun messing him about. I can see where you're coming from with the bill paying thing. I mean does he think making up the remaining change for the…
  • Hey everyone, today is my QOTD. It's maybe a little controversial, but hopefully won't upset anyone =P. QOTD Friday 12/8: I see a lot of people on here that comment that they are just aiming to get healthy. This is all well and good, and definitely the right attitude, but I believe a lot of people are also on here so they…
  • No one else can ever look like Christina Hendricks. She is this one glorious freak of nature that can never be replicated. She is just *too* perfectly curvy. I'm 6'0 tall, so I think the smallest I could really get and look healthy would be a UK size 12 (which I think is a US size 8) but I'd be happy with a 14. I really…
  • Running in the rain feels amazing, as long as you've got good footwear with a decent path. It's my favourite weather condition for running in - so much nicer than when it's sunny. Getting to and from your running spot can be less fun though =P.
