It depends on if it's the only exercise you're doing. I didn't take any rest days until I got to level 2. However, I'm also doing C25K, so I'm normally doing exercise every day anyways. If you want to take a rest day every week I don't think there's much harm in it, but I'd suggest doing a less intensive workout on those…

Haha, I totally get this. I'm on level 2 of 30DS, where you have to do 'plank jacks'. The sound of my thighs hitting each other is so bleuuugh.

Personally I use Photoshop, but that's because I have Photoshop anyway for part of my studies. But you can even do something like that in MSPaint, which normally comes free and already installed on your computer.

At runningneo122: I'm not sure if you quoted me because you found my comment humorous, so I just wanted to clarify. I was speaking perhaps too generally by saying that people can live without killing animals in the process. As a vegetarian, a lot of the food that I eat still comes from cows or chickens, and it is not…

Quite refreshing to see a lot of non preachy vegetarians and meat eaters on this thread. I'd love to add you all as friends!
-
Preachy vegetarians can be the worst types of people. But equally, ignorant meat eaters can be just as bad. I have been vegetarian for six years. It is purely for ethical reasons, the largest of which being that in today's society, humans can live a happy and healthy lifestyle conveniently without killing animals in the…

Yes, probably true, though I still find it a little silly =P.

Fair enough for those that are actually genuinely short sighted. But I don't think that's the point of these images: http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=woman+squatting+scales&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1680&bih=925

I know, right? All these skinny women squatting on their scales have started to make me doubt, though. It's like some sort of conspiracy. Surely, this must be the answer to all my weight loss problems.
-
Ah well, no worries if no one else is interested then. I shall see about joining some other challenges.

Hey, I'm vegetarian but eat a large amount of vegan things. Feel free to add me as a friend if you wanna check out some recipes =].
-
Bump. No one else interested?
-
No worries, I was totally shocked by that too. I believe there also quite a few surprise high cal/fat/carb vegetables out there. Avocado is the first one to spring to mind.

Fruit can reeeeally rack up your sugar count. My major sugar/carb sinning comes from fruit juices, which I'm not really prepared to give up, so have to compensate for. I love Innocent smoothies, which are only made with whole fruits, and nothing else. To give you an idea of how quickly these calories and sugars can add up,…

Wish granted. In order to eliminate rising environmental issues and to save the planet, politicians across the globe decide it's best to eradicate the entire human race. I wish I had the power to find missing items instantaneously at will. P.S. This thread totally took off without me noticing, haha. Glad people have been…

If you're already cutting back on the meat, then adjusting your diet shouldn't be too hard at all. You can get large amounts of brand name meat substitutes that taste great (and a whole bunch of god awful ones). You've also got versatile things like tofu, seitan, soy etc. for dishes that are not necessarily just East…

I assume for a start that your increase in leg related exercise is making you gain muscle in your thighs, hence making them bigger. People burn fat from their body from different places at first depending on their body type. As far as I'm aware (but I would love to be corrected) it's pretty much impossible to control where…
-
Awesome, thanks. I'll be sure to check it out =].
-
Oh that's awesome. I definitely know what you mean by simple. I laughed out loud when I read the one that was literally 'Pancakes. Ingredients: milk substitute, pancake mixture'. I mean damn, how hard is it to make your own pancake mixture and include it as a recipe, instead of relying on the shop bought one? I'll have to…

Yes it is vegan. I'm vegetarian, but adjusting to a vegan diet wouldn't be too difficult for me. I've had the book for quite a while, just wasn't very inspired by most of the recipes. Just wondered if there was anyone out there that found it worked for them.
-
I guess not then =[.

Heya, I would also recommend Bravissimo - another uk based underwear company that ship abroad, they're designed specifically for larger breasted women. The even stock sizes up to L!
