No your food diary is absolutely fine. :) But I'm starting to think that I'm eating too little :( Some days I eat only 800-900 cals. Good luck with your weight loss!:flowerforyou:

Don't worry :) Everybody makes mistakes. I mean, one night my dad Offered me McDonald's and I said yes and felt so guilty about it. But the next Day I looked on the scale and weighed the same as the morning before. One binge won't make you gain weight. Just forget about it and eat healthy tomorrow(≧∇≦)
