I have received comments before I lost weight, have you lost weight??? Its like they feel the need to say something nice and they figure thats the nicest things they can say. I hated it. Now that I HAVE lost weight I can graciously say thank you.

I am 5 foot 10, 209lbs and a size 16. When I was 239 I was still a size 16. I have no idea how sizing works these days. I could NEVER shop online for clothing.

I have lost 30lbs and feel the same way. I will go to bed a 16 and wake up an 18 or more. Its scary.
