I hear ya Snuggles. I have never been to a chic fil a and I never will. My usual McDonalds has a do it yourself ketchup dispenser. A big handle pumper thing and you can pump it right on your fries or into a little cup. Awesomesause. Alatarial you can have my pickles.

The way I log coffee is if I have 2 coffees I will log is as one water. Back in the old days of weight watchers I seem to recall that non water liquids could be counted as half.

In December of 2001 I weighed 333lbs. Today 199.4. On my way to 180 hopefully to stay.

You could also try HOT glue. Most newer glue guns used a lower temp glue for safety. I have a gun that is uber hot and I doubt the heat from the sun in the Window would melt it.

Starting is half the battle, keeping on track is the other half of the battle. What helped me at first was to log it before I ate it.
