I've seen this one on two different occasions. It actually might be my favorite too, and if I saw it in a store I'd probably buy it haha.

I find those stickers to be very handy. Now I definitely know to avoid those guys.

Call this odd, but I don't want to be very skinny just to be attractive for guys. I feel better in my own skin at a lower weight. I navigate through my surroundings with much more confidence when I'm slimmer. I smile more, go out more. And that confidence is what makes me attractive to some guys, not my dress size. If you…

I could get to 105.. I could, if I tried. The water weight thing makes sense but my cycle is just ending.. I figured all the water weight would be gone by now. Question: does indigestion cause the scale number to go up? Because I think that's what's behind the stomach pains.

Not more so than usual. I did not eat anywhere near 14,000 calories over maintenance; I didn't really eat over maintenance at all. The only thing is, I did weigh myself this morning and last night I ate a few spoonfuls (measured) of raw almond butter, which caused me to feel sick for some reason. I feel sick right now as…
-
I didn't jump all the way into maintenance; only two days I ate my TDEE, the other days I was still at a deficit.

When I was recovering from an eating disorder, cantaloupe was my hero haha. I would always eat 1/2 of the melon in the morning and 1/2 at night. I initially thought they were around 300 calories per melon too, but after I got a food scale, I saw that it ended up being more like 500 :/

Slimeball might be the kindest word I've internally referenced him as. In all honesty though, I needed that kind of motivator in my life. I was going to keep falling down until I had a reason to stay upright. :)

When I was in the throes of an eating disorder and ended up in the hospital for heart problems associated with it, my ex was busy texting my hot, skinny friend and attempting to hook up with her. Yeah, it still hurts me now, especially since I'll never be thinner than her (I weigh less than her and she is shorter, but…

Okay, so I calculated my BMR and TDEE using the iifym calculator and it said that my BMR was 1,286 and my TDEE was 1,937. I also calculated my BMR and TDEE using the scooby workshop calculator and it said that my BMR was 1,460 and my TDEE was 2,520. what. Those are very different numbers even though I typed in the same…

Around 1,300 to 1,700, ranging anywhere in-between with a couple of 2,500 indulgent days sprinkled here and there (around once or twice a month). I was losing actually kind of fast, around 1 lb per week, despite being so close to my goal.
-
You're right, two weeks isn't that long and it would be easy to erase damage.. That's probably what I'm going to do, actually. Where can you get those exams done at (it sounds great) like a doctor's office I presume? That is something I'm definitely going to look into; an accurate measurement of my true TDEE would be…

I posted part of this to a different topic. Interestingly enough, I tend to receive more compliments about my weight from both friends and family (who know about my past struggles with an ED) and strangers alike when I am medically underweight. So when someone compliments my weight loss, I thank them because I never turn…

I understand your point, but I am vegan for ethical reasons rather than weight loss ones.

That I can and will do. Thank you for your help and advice that you've provided.

Interestingly enough, I tend to receive more compliments about my weight from both friends and family (who know about my past struggles with an ED) and strangers alike when I am medically underweight. So when someone compliments my weight loss, I thank them because I never turn down a compliment, but part of me feels sad.…

Same. Absolutely same.

I mentioned in the post that it's not really a question regarding to weight loss (since I reached another goal weight of 110 lbs) and more about just overall health.
-
Nope nope, exact same reason why though, I love nature but bugs aren't my thing. Once I saw a giant hornet and I had a panic attack. In public.

Fair enough, I think.
-
That's a bit extreme but I see the point you're getting at.

I'm definitely not celiac and I don't really have any kind of unpleasant symptoms when I eat grains, which is a good thing. Vegan is only restrictive if you let it be :) I'm not really looking to restrict it necessarily, but I just couldn't help but read those studies about how grains are dangerous and wonder if I should…

This is why I'm scared of food.

Fruitarian is just a really bad idea. I'm a vegan and while I love fruit more than anything (it's my absolute favorite food), my body couldn't live on it alone. Trust me, I have tried. Besides, fruitarians eat a lot of vegetables too, so your reason for wanting to be a fruitarian is not only silly but also irrelevant. If…

Okay.. I'll just weigh myself in a few more days and hope that it balances it out :/

Honestly, 95% of the time, 16:8 works so well for me. Sometimes I even do 18:6, it's just the way I've always preferred to eat. (I would try meal spacing, forcing myself to eat six times a day. It never worked) I know about both 5:2 and 6:1 but those don't really interest me as much. Also, you're right about the TDEE…

Hey OP, I dealt with diets for a while and I never learned moderation. I mean, in some ways I did; I know what to limit and what to eat on a daily basis. But I actually indulge in as much food as I want every day because I eat low calorie, high density foods (aka the forbidden "healthy" label) Yes, calories are calories.…

I will! Thank you for answering :)

I lift weights and strength train but I can't gain muscle on a deficit. It's hard for me to be at a deficit all the time but the IF makes it easier.
