I gave up all refined "white" things: white bread, white sugar, white rice, and anything that contains these things. I also gave up artificial things, so no Splenda, Aspartame, no additives to food. This was mainly so I'd stop drinking ten+ cans of diet soda a day like I used to. It was hard at first, but it's been several…

I've looked at all three links, thank you :)

I eat enough protein, I'm almost always at my goal. I just want to try and add more.

I spent far too long trying to be someone I'm not. I'm not gonna wait until I'm my goal weight to go out and meet someone. Because even if I did have my definition of a "perfect" body, I would still have plenty of flaws. I'm still going to be a nervous, frantic, Game of Thrones obsessed and Steampunk obsessed gal who…

I like my wrists. They're the slimmest part of me. Haha.

Marilyn Monroe, especially body wise.

I never broke the binge habit entirely, but I think I've retrained myself after so long to only want to binge on healthy foods. I always have fruit and Skinnypop popcorn and homemade almond butter in the house. I find it harder to overeat healthier food than junk.

You can order that online, they make it in South Korea!

Oh, the Metroparks are heavenly. <3

I've only lost ten lbs since, but I've toned up immensely since I've last seen him. If I ever run into him again, does it make me a bad person for hoping that he's taken aback even at least somewhat? Or that he might regret anything? Only slightly, I'd say. :)

I'm near Cleveland OH and I just work out at a YMCA in a town over :)

I mean, to each their own; my family eats Taco Bell all the time and it's not like it effects me at all. I just know that most of their selections (especially the ones people generally gravitate towards) are high calorie. When it's worked into someone's calorie goal it's totally fine, but I just can't stand the stuff so I…

Couldn't have said it any better.

Dance. I always want to dance.

Not entirely sure if this is everyone's definition of a healthy food, but mine is Skinnypop popcorn. It's all natural popcorn, sunflower oil, and salt. Not sure where that leaves room for the chemical additive that makes me unable to put down the stuff, but somehow I just can't put the bag down. I've eaten it for dinner…

I'm not trying to gain muscle though. I'm trying to cut more.

My house burning down was the starting point. Lost all of my possessions, and my two cats. I remember being in the hotel room my insurance company provided, shoveling down junk food until I couldn't feel feelings anymore. The week after my house fire was just one week-long no-holding-back binge. Lost a few family members…

I was 167 lbs and stood at 5'5". I knew I wasn't skinny, but I kept myself blind to the fact that I was overweight. Some girls carry their weight well, in their hips and breasts and backsides, and other girls aren't so lucky. I was one of the girls who carried all their weight in her arms, stomach, and love handles. For…

I don't believe I look sickly or anything; the numbers may be low but I have a smaller frame. I am currently in counseling but my issue is nowhere near as severe as it was.
