make sure u eat a protein as part of ur snack, it will keep u full longer, also try to eat ur snack closer to the time ur going to bed so u won't have as much time to think about eating more.

If I'm hungry I will use my exercise calories but I rarely have to do that if I eat all my daily allotted calories.:happy:

I use the McCormicks Italian chicken for slow cookers. It tasted great and gave all the directions on the back. It used 2.5 lbs of chicken, some tomato paste and tomato sauce and some mushrooms. I think it was 6 hours. all the directions are on the pkg. Good Luck.

I'm new to tofu too. Last week I made it for the first time and it was delish! I cut the tofu and put it between paper towels to get most of the water out of it. I sauteed onions, garlic, bell peppers, zucchini, and squash I added some hoisin sauce and and then the tofu. Cooked for about 7 minutes and served it. You can…

I eat a 4 oz Oikos yogurt with some fruit in it along with some ground up walnuts or almonds and a splash of cinnamon all this for under 170 calories, I also have a cup of tea to go with a splash of fat free lactaid. The other day just to change things up I had a subway breakfast, it was wonderful ( I didn't eat the bread)…

Try to find a store called Clothes Mentor or Plato's closest, they will pay you for your old gently used clothes and they resell gently used items and are pretty inexpensive.

HI, I've been on here for over 100 days. I logged all my food in even on the occasions where I go over. I had bypass surgery and still struggle to lose. It's the first time I've ever counted calories and it's working for me! Good luck... let me know how ur doing.:flowerforyou:

I try to log everything too, I don't want to cheat myself, but I don't log the olive oil I use to saute veggies either and sometimes I forget about the sauces I occasional use.
