veggies...unless potatoes or corn...condiments such as mustard that are super low in cals....that's pretty much it, I log everything else.

I always uses salsa as a dressing when I do taco salad...I don't know why I never thought of using it when I do regular salad?

I love ground chicken burgers. I think they have much more flavor than ground turkey. I usually just put salt and pepper, and sometimes a little montreal chicken seasoning or season salt. I grill, saute, or bake. Very good!!

I think Subway is a great choice for fast food. I always feel full and without many calories. So many options too.

Thanks guys!! I love mustard so maybe I will try adding more of that too. But sometimes like in tuna salad you need some mayo!! Also I never thought about trying greek yogurt instead I bet that would be good!!

mmm the figs thing sounds good....I have been loving it in my salads lately with light ranch...sooo good and you can have 1/8 cup for 50 cals and thats a just right amout for a decent size salad!

I'm 5'10'' and am curently 170. My goal is 150. I have been there before and wore a size 9/10 then. That was the weight that I felt my best at. I'd also like to be more fit and toned.
