I have the same problem. The two things that have helped more than diet ( adding fruits and veggies) is WATER and WALKING!! It's been like a miracle for me. I have upped my water intake daily and started walking daily (4-6 miles), and now I also poop daily :) Unless you have had serious issues with this you could never…

This same thing happens to me. I take probiotics and it helps some but not near enough. If i cut out simple carbs and most sugar its sooo much better but that's really hard for me to do.....

An easy one I like is take bone in thighs and or leg quarters sprinkle season salt and garlic salt blend and bake covered 350 for 2 hours and remove cover for another hour....so tender it falls apart when you get it out of the pan!

I have tried several different kinds and the NuNaturals brand powder tastes just like real sugar! Love it for my "sweet" tea.

Yes, I washed it off with water, and it was still stinky. I've always just smelled it cooked and maybe that's the reason, but it's definately fishy smelling.

What are some you all have tried and loved? Also what do you use to dip it with? I used corn chips but thats not the healthiest thing lol
