Same thing here. I'm not doing anything weird either. I like having granola bars and they have a lot of sugar, I guess. Are natural sugars counted here too? Like fruit? I have sugar free yogurt and use splenda. Do you think it is a big thing to worry about?

Hi - I am also new. I lost 35 lbs last year and then stagnated. Haven't lost anymore - but I haven't gained either. Back on the wagon and I find that writing what I eat really helps me. Good Luck to all
