  • After reaching my goal I gave away/donated all of my old clothes (except for one pair of pants to use as a comparison) on purpose so that I would have to maintain my new weight. If I only have my new smaller clothes then I can't gain weight or I'll have nothing to wear!
  • When I was losing weight and eating 1,200 calories a day I always had at least one day a week that I ate 1,500- 2,000 calories. Worked out great for me and I steadily lost 1-2 pounds a week until I hit my goal weight.
