There are a lot of recipes online that I use... I blend either vanilla or chocolate with yogurt and berries or with my morning coffee I make my own flavors I keep low sugar... I even made a peanut butter chocolate one... I use a small blender and add ice

The surgery is just a tool but will keep me motivated.. My mother and I were supposed to this together a few years ago. I didn't have the right insurance coverage and my mom was too sick.. So I am finishing what me and her started. Going through all this preop will make me think twice about getting off track.

Longterm Goal is 100-150lbs. Shortterm is 2lbs a week... I started my own lifestyle change a month ago on my own and just found this app. I am pleased to have an aid to keep track of what I am eating and know my limits.. I have lost 10 lbs before starting app then have lost 3 more pounds since signing up. :)
