I would suggest asking the Dr to come up with a weekly meal plan that is nutritious and meets those calorie goals as a start. You don't have to use it if you don't want to but would be interested to see what he comes up with.

I think its fine to eat once a day as long as you are getting all the nutrition you need. In fact, I have learned that this is one of the techniques some of my 'skinny' friends use to stay skinny and not gain weight. I just don't think its talked about alot because alot of people would be critical.

Feel free to add me, I will like some of what you do and sometimes I'll even comment 'Awesome!"

As far as I know sugar from honey is sugar. Sugar is sugar, no such thing as bad sugar or good sugar. So it would need to be within whatever your parameters are for sugar intake.

I absolutely adore cats! Right now we have two tonkinese 1 years olds (guess I have to stop saying kittens). We have always had siamese cats before and while I love siamese cats, these two are the absolute sweetest, affectionate, smartest cats we have ever had, they are simply a joy to have around.

That looks sooooo yummy!

Welcome back, you can do it!

Trying for simplicity here - Substitute one high calorie unhealthy food with vegetables.

Hi Adam, I'm in the same boat as well. I have a pretty lazy lifestyle and am the heaviest I have ever been. but this time I am determined to lose it and to lose it for good so I never ever have to go through this again. You can do this, just focus on one day at a time and do the best you can each and every day. Good luck!

I just started a few weeks ago, will be happy to add you. Good luck!

Thank you. I like that answer since I do prefer the baby versions of the two vegetables.
