I'm still breastfeeding my third (she's 8 months) and have decided I HAVE to focus on losing a bit of weight, even though I'm still feeding so much. I also think 500 above mfp goal is a good starting place. Good luck!!

Just trying to get back to tracking and eating less (snacking less really). Started running again, but want to do some weights too. Fighting lack of sleep with an 8 month old too, so some days are harder than others! How about you?

Yep - I levelled out at about 6 months post-baby but it's started going back up again. I snack constantly. Need to work on that!

Same here - married sahm to 3 and I really can't manage without support and external accountability. Tried and failed over and over - really want to make it work now!! Happy to cheer you on and listen on the hard days

Pregnant here too :-) 29 weeks with my 3rd and trying not to gain too much esp in 3rd trimester. Craving endless sugar and fat every day so not finding it easy...
