It is possible! I went down from 98kg to 86kg in six months it takes time. I used a Personal Trainer. It does help if you can afford.

To lower my cholesterol levels so I do not need medication. Be in my best shape possible

I watch from my tablet. The TV is better, but the tablet is portable.
