Yes, I have. Next time they hound you, smile sweetly and explain that your BMI is NORMAL. This is not a statement, it's a scientific fact. If they don't know what a "BMI" is then perhaps you should educate them, so that they stop proclaiming that the world is flat when it's not.

What texastango said. And if your BMI is below normal, you'll definitely have trouble losing weight.

Always take measurements. You may not have lost weight, but you may look/be more toned. If you do a lot of strength training it's probably muscle. That, or you've hit a plateau. If you've hit a plateau, making one or two tweaks to your eating plan might help. :smile:
