You sound naive when you say "be a true friend and you will have true friends". There are people who use good people because they think they can. If you're suggesting that I will eventually find a true friend if I am a true friend to everyone regardless of how they treat me, that might be ....but who has time for that?…

I am scared. I watch American Greed and I read the news...humans can be evil no matter what profession they hold. Couldn't they get money from giving me treatment? I've heard of a doc that gave a patient cancer treatment when they didn't need it, just so that the doc can get richer ! Has anyone actually went to get tested??
