I watched a documentary on it and apparently it is healthy, but I am not sure how starving yourself can be that healthy :/

I tried it but it restricted my social life too much, so gave in. Might work for people with high motivation levels though!

Somebody once told me that if weight loss that if slow you should go out for a high-cal meal (pizza or something), then return to your diet the next day. Your metabolism will speed up and start to use your calories rather than storing them. Maybe do this once a week :D

Haha pizza and ice-cream! I quite often find myself munching on a doughnut or something similar. pancakes are off the menu because the way I make them is ... a little unhealthy :P

I know what you mean about calorie counting ... I am never too sure if I have logged my food correctly. But I guess subconsciously it helps even if it is not perfectly accurate.
