  • when I get too hot i prefer to wear just a sports bra (crop top style designed for outer wear also!) and shorts. However now I have gained weight I stick a tank over the top, but its not more comfortable! My OH has never favoured me running in these outfits.
  • my 'before' pictures are ones of me butt naked that my 4 yr old daughter took after a shower without my knowledge!! needless to say, they are just for me!! on the plus side, it gave me a chance to see myself and find one good point that i can be happy about, so im glad that i have them.   • you are so right!!! I added the extra exercises and then 20 mins of cardio, because it felt like I had done almost nothing. The exercsises felt challenging during the exercise (especially the OHP, was difficult to finish the last 3 sets), but thats it. Unless I do an hour of hard cardio or boxing training etc I dont feel…

  • hi there when i do side plank i rest my weight on my lower arm (so that my arm is bent). have you tried it this way? I dont think its any harder than doing it with straight arms. My wrists hurt too on those types of exercises. i have to use handles to do pressups! hope this helps

I think I will add a multivitamin to my diet in case i am deficient in anything, but I suppose it could also be down to new routines etc. Its a pain though as I know that I wont be bothered to exercise as often as i hope if i cant sleep at night. Maybe im getting old?? in my 20's i lived off carbs…
