Most mornings I do because I have mild congestive heart failure and when it was worse I had to monitor my weight daily and got into the habit.

I know it can be frustrating sometimes but keep at it--slow is okay. As long as the scale is moving downward whether it be slowly or in leaps and bounds, it is still a positive thing and you can be proud of it. Don't be too hard on yourself. :happy:

Despite all the walking last week around a large quilt expo and other places I went to, I did not come near 10K steps any day. Last few days due to illness have been a flop for sure. Very disappointing to say the least.

8667 steps was the final count of steps for Sept 1. I'm afraid I won't do as well today. Back pain and stiffness from yesterdays activity that is slowing me down today, but the day has just begun!

Made it to 8531 steps today so far (9:30 pm) ! Most I have done in a long while! Great start to my month! This incentive should help me a lot. :happy:

I'm in though I'm not sure I can make 10,000 steps every day. Would like to shoot for 7K most days though! I have a Fitbit also to count the steps.
