I think that my HR monitor was the best investment I have made toward my fitness goals. No guess work and I always know where my heart rate is. I say just save up and buy one because I don't think that you will be disappointed.

I have both. I would definitely say a HR monitor because it is super accurate. I love my fitbit but the calories count is way off.

I did 30 day shred. It is killer but I lost about 5 pounds the first month. I would recommend t25 or Insanity to anyone. It is hard but I lost 10 pounds in three weeks. I thought it was water but I went down 1 dress size and 2 pants. Love it. Add me!!

I have lost 10 of the 50 pounds I would like to lose. I am also in my 30's and would like to lose a total of 50 pounds. I requested you already but anyone that is would like to can do so as well. The more the merrier. Good Luck everyone!

You may want to see a doctor and see if you have a hormonal imbalance that could making it difficult to lose weight. It could a thyroid or parathyroid issue. It could be anything? Good luck

I am an RN and I work 7pm- 7am and it is hard to lose weight working those hours. I don't know if I should eat or not in the morning because I am going to go straight to sleep and that contributes to weight gain.
