add 3 for July 30th.. I am still short 10 miles this month and tomorrows run is only supposed to be 5 miles so I think I will just end up 5-6 miles short of my goal :(

I actually made my goal this month!!! and its not even over yet! This is the first time I actually made the goal weight I set for myself in a month. whoo hoo!

7/24 - 3 miles ... wanted to run 5 but had to cut it short do to morning appt I was late for :-/ only up to about 46 miles so far But I have penciled in on my calendar to run 26-29 more miles in this last week of July! so I think I can still come close to my 80 mile goal!

When I met with a trainer to go over my goals and balancing strength with running. At the time (beg of this year) I was trying to increase my 5k speed and I told him at the mid point of the year I would be switching gears over to start training for my marathon. I have found all of these to be true LOL: and would like to add: ♦ You know where all the public water fountains are ♦ Those aren't sock tan lines...its dirt! ♦ You not only buy running gear for yourself... but also for your dog ☺ ♦ You use porta potties way more than you ever thought you would!
