I had a big lunch of strawberries and homemade salsa w/chips, so... Main Course: Leftover chicken (1/2 chicken) that was baked in a zesti Italian Marinade, and a pepper dry rub (Edit: Cooked W/O the skin) Side: Package of Knorr's Broccoli and Cheese rice. I'm over on sugar, so no BBQ sauce. It's moist enough anyways.
