Hello everyone... I just walked 5.1 miles at 4. MPH!! in 80 min. It isn't like running but the next best thing. My knees just won't let me get into the run anymore. My years of running 6 miles a day on pavement will do that to you. I hope this helps with the #'s today. :glasses:

Yes I am a food addict. Have been all my life. I only realize it when I pay attention to what I am eating. I have to think, ask myself questions BEFORE putting food in my mouth. first day yesterday was good. I did my 3 miles in the 60 min. I planned for. Maybe I will go over that 50 miles this month. :)
