I like natural peanut butter better, because I think it's got a better texture and flavour than the others. Almond butter doesn't really have a flavour, to me! The only other one I've tried is pecan butter, which is DELICIOUS, but the texture was really off-putting. I don't know if it wasn't made correctly or what, but YUM…

I'm doing the Tony Ferguson Programme, and I've found that my cravings have (almost) completely gone. Not because of the plan - but because I'm taking a Chromium Plus supplement, which is supposed to stop carbohydrate cravings. And it's certainly helped me! It's something you can look into. :)
