  • Foods I eat, and time I eat them. And I don't "eat back" all of my hard work!
  • Daily right after I wake up.
  • I know it sounds lame, but the best exercise is one that you will do. Period! Doing a lot of something you enjoy will work much better than a little of something a marketer says is "most effective" blah blah.
  • Yes! It is not a size or weight or style. It is how you feel about yourself. Confidence, comfort, and pride are very sexy!
  • It's a great feeling. Congrats.
  • Congratulations!! I suggest you enjoy it and find long term uses for it. New hobbies, activities, volenteering, etc.. all are part of keeping the weight off. We give up a lot of things that just are too much effort as we gain weight. Now is the time to add activities to your lifestyle that help you transition out of…
  • The more you weight, the more calories your body burns doing day to day stuff and exercising. As you lose weight, you have to eat a little less and work a little harder to continue losing. Sorry :-)

Boredome sets in and you start sitting and snacking. This will change as the baby gets older. Children are great motivators. I…
  • I agree completely! Using a program much like myfitnesspal I managed to lose 140lb over an 18 month period. I found that for each combination of diet and exercise, my body had a weight that it would level out at. I would add some more exercise or lower the calories and the weight would start down again. Also, changing the…
