I haven't had a dramatic experience, because until recently I've lived a pretty much sheltered life. My most embarrassing experiences have been seeing people I haven't seen since I was smaller, a waiter trying to seat me in a booth at a restaurant, people avoiding eye contact, and going into my teenage son's school.
