Buying new clothes is great, especially when you have to buy a smaller size but it becomes annoying and expensive when you lose over 100 lbs in about 18 months and the new shorts that you bought for last summer that you barely wore are now too big and you have to buy all brand new ones for this year!! Great job!!! I know exactly how you feel and what you mean about the nutrition labels!! My fiance gives me a hard time about it all the time! ;) It's great that you lost so much weight in such a short amount of time! Now comes the hard part of maintaining! Lol...good luck to you :)

Try and eat less sodium by cutting back on processed/packaged foods. All the sodium will retain water; also, try and eat more potassium, such as bananas, green leafy veggies and raisins; this will help to excrete more sodium and thus more water, leading to less bloat. Eating more dairy actually helps with bloat as well :)

I agree, she definitely needs to get some bloodwork done, especially if she is doing everything right and still isn't losing weight. She may have hypothyroidism, which makes it super hard to lose any weight at all.

You are most likely gaining weight from muscle as you are losing weight from the fat. As you do weights, your muscles start to build and it is true that muscle does weigh more then fat.
