Alcohol is the main culprit for this weight gain! Thanks guys that really helps :) my mum's always warned me to stay away from foods that are high in fat rather than in calories but I'm just trying to avoid both at the moment!

I've just completed my first year at uni and although I never thought of myself as fat before, I've gained a stone which has really made a difference to the way I see myself.
