  • I am a huge fan of beach body products! I have done Insanity and p90x. Great results! Although I haven't done turbo fire I have seen the video and it looks fantastic!
  • Don't quit! 2 hrs a day of walking is a lot! The idea behind exercise is to get your heart rate up and burn fat! With that said find a low impact cardio workout such as the bicycle or elliptical, even swimming! Get yourself a heart rate monitor so you can get an idea of what your heart rate is and how many calories you are…
