I lost 10 lbs the first 2 weeks of my "diet." Of course, I went from eating junk food(probably about 3-3500 calories a day) and not exercising to eating around 1200-1400 cals per day of healthy foods and walking 5x a week so my body probably lost it just from the shock. Congratulations! I'm about to do my first 5k this Sunday. I know I'll be walking a lot more than jogging but atleast I'll be there! I ran back in high school and loved it. Since then I've gained a lot of weight and my ankles aren't letting me jog very far without crying for mercy haha!
