So cool to "meet" someone on here that has been to this little place! It's nice to hear that they basically have the same-ish sides as chipotle, so I know what to expect. The hard part for me will be to not get ALL of the toppings + chips! [/quote] I know! I struggle to resist the chips and guac. YUMMM

I love Bluestone! I work in Monticello and go there now and then. For a healthier option go for a salad (best option) or a bowl (if you've gotta have that cilantro lime rice). I usually just do veggies which is plenty filling but sometimes I'll go for grilled chicken. To keep it healthyish I do black beans, pico de gallo,…

Feel free to add me! I need a motivational buddy as well!

Try drinking some water or tea and eating an apple or some other sort of fruit. You can get through this craving! :)

I'm lucky not to be a fan of cream or sugar in my coffee, mayo, steak, donut holes, and frosting.

Don't be afraid of avocados! They are your friend :) As others said just fit them in your macros and you're good!

Sorry to hear about your struggles. Welcome back! You are going feel so great once you conquer those 70+ pounds again.

MFP is a great place to start! Welcome and good luck!

I'm also a night snacker. I'll eat half of a grapefruit, a piece of chocolate, or suck on a lemon. Those choices have enough of a flavor punch to satisfy my craving.

I agree. Skinnytaste is AMAZING and completely changed the way I cook when I got the cookbook as a gift. I also use some of the recipes on the website. Generally the recipes are for 4-5 people so just double them! Always easy ingredients and don't take long to prepare.

Drink a ton of water. Helps curb the appetite if you're a snacker like me. Also planning my wedding

I like making Hidden Valley Ranch Dip using fat free sour cream - only 30 calories for 2 tablespoons. You can dip whatever you want in it. I like veggies, pretzel thins, etc.

Unless you think it would be really weird, slip a measuring cup and food scale in your purse. I would not be ashamed...

Hardshell chicken tacos tend to run about 220 calories each. Fish tacos are even less. Not sure about the carbs.

Pretzel thins. OMG some of the flavors are SO delicious

Hilarious :) I like broccoli but wouldn't want to eat that much of it. I'd consider eating my daily calories in only vegetables for a day.

To feel good in shorts rather than hiding in pants. Feels so good =)

Same here! Also, try searching "5 ingredients & less" recipes. You just have to keep practicing. There is a youtube vid for everything. Example: "What the heck does saute mean?!" Look it up and there are simple tutorials.
