When you do go to Starbucks I recommend the tall skinny vanilla latte. Really good and only 100 calories. Not bad comparatively.

Boil and shred the chicken and mix in some buffalo sauce or bbq sauce. I throw it on a whole grain english muffin. Super easy and tasty.

How much protein do you eat? I try to make sure my meals and snacks have high protein content which greatly helps me stay full throughout the day.

I calculated this for my homemade brownie recipe substituting the diet coke for the eggs and butter and it came out to 85 calories each for 12 brownies. They normally would be about 150 each for 12 servings so it is still quite an improvement.

I never plan an entire day, unless maybe Christmas or Thanksgiving in which I probably wouldn't log anything.
