The thing is, I rarely put salt in my food... I don't eat take always. I drink 1 litre of water everyday. I drink a couple of cups of coffee during the day, but I don't think it's enough to dehydrate/bloat me...

Hey, I was doing squats and leg kicks only. I did the '30 day' squat challenge and although my bottom looks slightly 'lifted' after those 30 days, the lower part of it started looking 'droopy'. I have not changed my diet, so I presume it's from the exercise...
