Hey there, I always pack runners and work out cloths when I travel. I find that it's best if I jump up early in the morning and go for a run before doing anything else. Or if family start to get a bit much it's a great excuse to get a bit of a break ;) Also, Christmas is summer in Aus (not sure where everyone is from)…

oh! There is one guy at work who is really bad at talking to women, or people in general. He always says things and I don't think he realises how insulting they can be. Below are a few of my favorites: To me when I wore my hair out for once "oh you actually did your hair today!" To my co worker who works downstairs "I…

"The difference between you and other big girls is that you're in proportion..." Oh great... so I'm big all over, instead of just one fat leg... thanks! LOL.

Well done Amy! my wedding was a great motivator - I lost 18.5 kg's before my wedding (and now I'm back on track to reach my original goal of 20kgs) I bought the dress when I was a size 16 and in the end I had to get it taken in sooo much, it ended up being a size 10-12! It was so worth it though and I look at the pictures…

So I am back into the swing of things and hoping to reach my (original) goal that I lost sight of. I also play roller derby and so I'm looking to be the fittest and healthiest I can possibly be to excell at the…

Feel free to Add me! :) The last two weeks I have been trying to mix things up a bit and I find that I am enjoying my food a lot more (especially when I put in a little effort) I'm not the best cook, so most of my meals are simple and I work full time and study part time, so they have to be fast-ish. I also like to have a…

Yep! I did this a few times recently. And it's the same, they fit, but would look better if I were the smaller size. This isn't my only motivation but it does help!

I do this too, I find it is a good way to get rid of those "almost too old" veges, I just use some vege stock, canned tomatos and lentils and it is a guilt free quick lunch. And way cheaper than frozen weight watchers meals. Or since it is coming into winter I am looking forward to making a big batch of pumpkin soup. If…

I lost 18.5 kg's and have kept it off for the last year. I went from a size 16 to a size 12 and even though I still have a little to lose, I thought i would share with you how it makes me feel. I have confidence, I joined a sporting team for the first time in my life (roller derby!!) and I am so excited that I can keep up…
