  • Thanks ladies! Going to the gym solo really sucks! If only my husband would go but he goes to the gym every morning (army). So he's not really down for round 2 at 7:30 pm...haha!

  • Thanks everyone for the encouragement. I'm starting to work out slowly, just walking the dog for right now, but eventually want to maybe try Zumba or some kind of classes. I'm definitely going to check out the glycemic issues with food, I am probably not eating "good" cals!
  • I totally feel your pain girl. I've lost 15 total since beginning my diet in February (11 since joining this site) and I am just down 1 size in jeans and even they are still a little snug. I've been totally following my calorie plan for 4 weeks and haven't lost a pound. Very very disheartening :(
