I began my journey Paleo and lost almost 40 lbs. Then, I had gastric bypass and continued my Paleo journey. My doctors tell me that they have never seen a bypass patient lose so much so fast. :) YAY!

IMHO everyone's body shows weight loss differently. We see ourselves daily in a mirror and it is almost impossible to notice weight loss until it gets BIG.
