I thought about it but I am super bad with cereal. It just doesn't fill me up and I want to eat too much, so I have to eat oatmeal or something else for breakfast. I think it would really suck because teaching yourself portion control is hard but it is probably a good way to do it.

Yeah, the mental battle is the hardest. I like to keep gum handy so I can keep chewing which helps to trick my mind. But every once in awhile I really want to eat until I feel totally full, not just "not hungry".

This is my second easter feast of the week so I know it is hard. I am trying to do portion control and drink lots of water. Also I am trying not to advertise I am trying to eat healthy because when I do advertise everyone seems to think its a game to get me to eat dessert and larger portions.
