In the Health App on the iPhone under sources --> click My fitness pal and make sure all categories are "on" to ensure exercise is properly shared with MFP. I love making fresh juices! I've never done a Juice diet, or a juice detox or anything like that, but I almost always have a juice everyday, usually for breakfast. I'm having the exact same problem, and I just did Day 11 today. I also do the workout bare foot, so maybe thats the issue. I'm thinking I might have to give it a break for a few days.

Well I finally managed to do the unmodified push-ups today for the first time!!! I could only do a few of them each time (about 5) but so pleased I managed it!

I'm upto Day 9 today (2 days of Level 1 left)!! Anyone got any tips for going onto Level 2? What kind of exercises are in it? I think after I've managed the first 30 days (doing the levels normally), I might try this method of alternating the levels for the next 30 days.

I had two days break this weekend since I was visiting my Mum for the weekend, but was back to work today - Day 6 (L1) done!! I think the rest did me good as I felt much stronger today!

Day 4 (Level 1) done! I actually managed to do the side lunges exercise without stopping today for the first time! My arms must be getting stronger. I don't think I will ever be able to do the un-modified push ups though! It is hard enough doing the modified ones!

Keep going! The pain really gets less after the first 2 or 3 days. :) I started doing lunges last week (before starting the 30DS) & I felt I couldn't sit down for like 2 or 3 days, but now I can do them fine without as much pain.

I will be doing L1 Day 3 later! Only thing I've noticed is my weight going up, not down though since I started. I hope it's just water retention or something - did anyone else find this in the first few days?

I've just done Day 2 of Level 1! Don't feel sore afterwards, but it sure did burn while doing it!! I find the squats (while pushing up weights) and the side lunges the hardest!

My 30DS Dvd arrived yesterday and I did my first day yesterday too. Was hard work, but I'm looking forward to completing the next 30 days! I have about 10lbs left to lose and hoping this will at least push me a bit closer to my goal weight, and help lose some inches at the same time.
