I ususally eat those as well with a piece of fruit or trail mix or chex mix or any 100 calorie pack items. They all keep me full untill it's time for lunch.

Thank you everyone for the great tips! It's hard to know if you are eating good or not. I know I do need to eat less of the frozen dinner type meals and cook more so that I can take my leftovers the next day. I love everyone's advice. It's been really helpful. Thank you my MFPal's!!

You are not alone in this. I've lost 65lbs and I still see the "fat girl" in the mirror sometimes. I will still tend to go for the bigger size cloths thinking that I'm big still, but then remember, NO I AM NOT! LOL! I guess it's just going to take some time to get use to being thin, just like it did being big.

WTG! That is an awesome NSV. I remember when I noticed that myself. I always used beach towels to rap around me because the regular towels never fit. Now I'm proud to say I do not have to use beach towel for my everyday towels any longer! Awesome!!!

Zumba ladies......How longe did it take you to get into the Zumba game? I just got that and it's really hard and I'm not sure if I'm going to like it. I sweat a lot, but I'm finding it really hard to follow the moves.
