I feel for you. I'm in the same boat. I have not lost any significant amount of weight since the summer. I keep going up and down the same 3 or 4 lbs. I do know that the closer you get to your goal weight, the harder it is to lose. I see you have only 21lbs left to lose, that could be why it's getting harder to lose. When…

Thank you guys! Need the encouragement. I know that I've lost so much already, but I really want the last 15lbs gone and they are just sticking around. Two steps forward, three steps back kind of thing and it's getting old. I promise I won't quit, but I may end up having an I don't care what I eat day and that just scares…

My husband and I have been together for almost 18 years and married for almost 13. I have a 10 year old girl and twin 7 year old boys. I've also struggled with…

I was never happy with the way I looked. I've always been overweight all my life, but once when I was about 25 years old. I lost a lot of weight on Jenny Craig, of course, once I had kids (I have a 10 year old girl and twin 7 year old boys), I gained it back and then some. My family has a history of diabetes, heart…

You look awesome! Great job! I have twin 7 year old boys and I know what having twins can do to your body, but it's all worth it! Congrats on the 40 lbs down! Keep up the great job!!!

That's awesome! I'm on LV 3 Day 2 of 30DS and I have lost inches already. I don't see the scale moving much, but I've been having trouble with that lately. Inches lost, though, is a good thing. Keep up the great work and feel free to friend me if you want!

Hmmm....I may have to try this. I don't think I've adjusted my protein and carbs in a while.
-
I know what you mean. I've tried that also, but I don't think I "fall off the wagon" very well. LOL! I'm to afraid that I will over do it to the point of gaining to much weight, even though I know one day will not hurt you.
