How to Log 30ds?

Hello Everyone,

I'm about to start 30ds tonight and was wondering what everyone put it under in their exercise diary?

I've been doing bootcamp 4 days a week and have been putting it under circut training. Is that what I would do for 30ds?

Any input would be appreciated.

    I log Aerobics because circuit training to me is using like treadmill, then weight bench, etc etc etc..... its cardio and strength therefore more aerobic workout than circuit training

    agreed..circuit training. however, the calories burned for circuit training for me were too low for what i burned doing 30DS. just a heads up in case you don't have a HRM. :)

    I log as aerobics..I do have HRM and I'm on level 1 and usually burn 130-170 calories.

    I also log it as circuit training....I'm still on level 1 and it's a hard workout!

    Circuit training is the closet I can find. Im on vveek 2 and love it.
