I my experience I can drink as long as it's within my calorie goal and as long as don't chow down on junk once I am tipsy. I am also less likely to work out the next day if I am hungover and more likely to have the "I don't cares". Which is why I have learned to keep the drinks to ONE day a week. I agree with Gavin. I realize that the number isn't nearly as important as how I look and how great I feel in my skin. My Original goal was to lose close to 40lbs. In reality I will probably start to work on maintenance around a 30lb loss.

I went on Phen THREE different times. I lost weight: 20-40 lbs each go round. I kept it off for a while too. But every time, I eventually went right back to gaining. Why? I. LOVE. CHEESE. I have started using grated Parmesan. I sprinkle it here or there. Not very much, just a few teaspoons over veggies. Helps me feel less deprived.

I absolutely love Zumba. I follow Linda Edler and use her YouTube and Facebook videos. I'm 18lbs down and that is pretty much what I use exclusively for cardio. I have tried the classes but I found I prefer being at home. I am more at ease and seem to get into more and my burn is better.

I've upped my calories by 150 a day and I am not going to eat back exercise. Hopefully this will help me out. I am stating a 30 day routine with 6 days a week of cardio and 3 days of strength training. Again I appreciate the help and support!!
