5'3" here. It's been a long journey for me. Starting weight 198 (size 16-18) Lowest weight 134 (size 4) Got pregnant ended at 210 Today 143 (size 4-6) gW-124. Determined to make it this time. Baby weight doesn't want to come off easily (I'm still nursing). I got a food scale and it's been life changing.

Oatmeal. I cannot eat eggs and have to limit dairy as my nursling has senitivites to both. Oatmeal also helps my milk supply.

Carrots, grape tomatoes (perfect for snacks) Zucchini, butternut squash, avocados, CA mixed veggies, snap peas, snow peas. I'm learning I love love love veggies!

I try to stay around 1200. (Somedays I'm over some days in not) Breakfast was my biggest challenge. I find drinking my breakfast keeps me until lunch. Instead of limiting my food I replaced unhealthy options with healthy ones. Example I love chips. Instead I eat carrots with Caesar dressing. Fills the crunchy need and the…

yes! All because I learned to eat better. (I still am learning too) and exercising. I also gave up 3-4 cans coke a day for 3-4- bottles of water. Thanks all. I feel so much better about myself and love having energy to play with my kid now. I am excited to be on this journey and learn to live better.
