Weighing in - 162.0 up .8 from last week. This vacation week was tough. I think the salt did me in.

Yesterday(Saturday) 100 AB Crunches + 50 Burpees - finished also finished 2 extra miles Water - over Calories - under I also completed 300 additional crunches for the team challenge.

For yesterday(Friday) Water - over calories - under I had pizza. I never want to have it again. I feel like crap now. I used yesterday as my off day. I'm going to do the burpees and crunches today. I may to the extra 2 miles as well, then spend Sunday crunching my abs into oblivion.

I have 2 weeks left and I will have finished all 20 weeks. I think TF is probably the best workout I have ever done. I get sweaty and gross, but my belly is looking a lot leaner, so I'll be okay with multiple daily showers!
