I have it too! It is nice to know others have the same issue as me. I don't have any kids, so I guess most of mine is from being overweight most of my life. I'm down 42 pounds to 154, and it's still there, but it is smaller, so I guess if I keep working at it, it'll get better!

I love New Rules of Lifting for Women. It not only gives you detailed instructions and diagrams, but also shows you what kind of diet to eat, with recipes. My favorite part of the book though, is the first half, where they explain WHY you need to eat more and HOW/WHY you should train.

I'm 5'6" & 1/2. I started at 195, and I'm currently 150 wearing a US size 8. I keep saying that I want to get to 130, but for now, I'm ignoring the scale for a while, and lifting heavy weights and trying to eat cleaner.

We don't produce the amount of testosterone that men do, therefore, we are not genetically programmed to bulk. As long as you are eating right and not taking steroids, you should be fine!:bigsmile:

When I go, I actually get a salad. They can make any sandwich as a salad! I get the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with tomato, onion, black olive, no cheese. I get just a tiny bit of their oil and vinegar, plus a bag of Light Lays(not every Subway has them), and the whole thing is roughly 300 calories.

I love my BodyBugg. Usually once or twice a month, I'll wear it overnight to see how many calories I burn while sleeping. It's been a lifesaver for me, as I was always WAYYYYYY overestimating my calorie burn!

I'm doing a hybrid of Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme. I love it. I really like the weight lifting, but I didn't feel like I was getting in enough cardio, so I went for a hybrid. I think you'd really like the hybrid program!
