    Challenge done. Water and calories done. 100 jj and 200 crunches. Planning to finish my mileage over the weekend... Not resting from walking on Sunday.

    Hi all,

    I'm going to complete the day six challenge tomorrow. I am tired from my earlier workout. I did do 200 crunches today. I hope you all had a great Saturday.

    Call me crazy, but I ran in not one but TWO races today. My running buddy, who recently moved to Indiana, came for a visit…so we did it up right today!

    Water: Over
    Calories: Way Under

    100 crunches towards our goal of 4000…
    10 miles extra towards our team goal of 100...

    I didn’t have time to do any of the daily challenges because of the two races, but I plan to catch up on those tomorrow.

    Caught up on all the daily challenges today.

    Here’s how my day looked:
    2 sets of Burpees = check
    50 squat kicks = check
    20 globle jumps = check
    2 sets of 20 mountain climbers = check
    3 sets of wood chops = check
    3 sets of 20 tuck jumps = check
    Water = check
    Calories = under

    And 100 crunches towards our team goal of 4000.
    I am wiped out today!

    Calories under & water over for the weekend. I'm finally getting over the bad a** cold I had. Also on a good note, my knee is feeling some better. I walked on treadmill for half an hour and went swimming. Thanks for the support this month team. Good luck to everyone.:flowerforyou:

    Did challenges yesterday and 1 mile, which brought my mileage up to 2 miles for the week. I am guessing with all these bad@$$ team members that did lots of extra, it's ok if I don't run three miles tonight?

    Finished 1000 crunches this week.

    Finished 600 JJ this week.

    Over calories though.. but I did drink my water.

    Oh and I did the Tabata challenge today, Sunday.

    Ok guys my water is just at 8 and although I stayed under my calories I did not eat well today. I will weigh in tomorrow. (after I work out. lol)

    Reporting for week 4 day 6,

    I used day 6 as a rest day and completed challenges on day 7.

    20 Mountain Climbers, 3 Sets of 20 Wood Chops, 3 sets of 20 Tuck Jumps all complete.
    Under calories
    over water

    I was also able to get in an extra 4 miles for the team!!

    I lost 2.4 pounds for week 4. Starting weight this week is 192.6
